Mother's Day - Featured Designer Challenge by Marley van der Heijden

Surprise Card!
Supplies:
Papercutter
Scoring tool
Patterned Paper

Surprise for the inside!

Step 1
Take a piece of cardstock that measures 9.84 inch x 9.65 inch 
Step 2
Score the cardstock at 4.72 x 4.92inch 
Step 3
Take another piece of cardstock and measure 6.3 x 3.35inch.

You need to score all four sides at 0.39 x 0.59inch. (See picture)



Step 4
When you have scored the lines you’ll cut the corners.  I have marked the lines that you’ll have to cut.

 
Step 5
Then, fold the corners so you will get a pocked. Glue it together.
Step 6
You can decorate your pocket now. I have punched a hole in the middle.  Glue it on your card which you have made in Steps 1 and 2.

I have put some chocolates in the little pocket and used Quickutz / Lifestyle Crafts (4x8) Sketchbook Alphabet for Happy Mother’s Day.
